This is a very meticulous style of yoga that focuses on finding the proper alignment in a pose. There isnt much jumping around, therefore you wont get your heart rate up, but youll experience great physical and mental transformation.

Restorative yoga is a great way to relax. Blankets and blocks are used to prop students in passive poses so that the body can experience the benefits of a pose without having to use too much effort.
